Raiders' Kenyan Drake (ankle) done for 2021 season
Las Vegas Raiders running back Kenyan Drake suffered a broken ankle injury in the team's Week 13 loss to the Washington Football Team and will not return this season.
Drake suffered a brutal injury in the team's Week 13 loss and was ruled out almost immediately afterwards. Testing revealed quickly that Drake had broken his ankle, meaning he'll miss the remainder of the season.
Drake's first season as a Raider didn't quite go as planned amidst all of the chaos in the Raiders' 2021 season, but he had started to see increasing usage in recent weeks after the resignation of Jon Gruden. Drake will finish the season with 63 rushes for 254 yards and 2 touchdowns, as well as 30 catches for 291 yards and another score.
