Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Eric Ebron (knee) was placed on injured reserve on Saturday.
Ebron will sit out at least three games after Pittsburgh's tight was expected to miss extended time with a knee injury. Expect Pat Freiermuth to start at tight end in Week 12's divisional contest against a Cincinnati Bengals' unit rated 16th in pass defense per numberFire's power rankings.
Freiermuth's Week 12 projection includes 4.2 receptions for 39.5 yards on 5.9 targets.
