Logan Thomas (hamstring) expected to practice for Football Team this week
Washington Football Team tight end Logan Thomas (hamstring, injured reserve) is expected to return to practice this week.
The Football Team will have a 21-day window to activate Thomas from injured reserve once he returns to practice. He hasn't played in six weeks and Washington may wait another game before putting Thomas back on the field. Ricky Seals-Jones (hip) was also out on Sunday, so John Bates drew the start at tight end. Bates will fill in again Week 12 versus the Seattle Seahawks next Monday night if Thomas and Seals-Jones are both out.
Bates ran a pass route on 85.7% of the Football Team's Week 11 drop backs and he caught 3 passes (3 targets) for 23 yards. The Seahawks are ranked 22nd in FanDuel points allowed per game to the tight end position this season.
