Antonio Brown (ankle) logs DNP in Buccaneers' Thursday practice
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown (ankle) was a non-participant in Thursday's practice.
Brown's status for Sunday's divisional showdown is trending towards doubtful after consecutive missed practices on Wednesday and Thursday. Expect Mike Evans and Chris Godwin to see a bump in target share against a Saints' unit rated ninth in pass defense per numberFire's power rankings if Brown remains out.
Evans' current Week 8 projection includes 5.2 receptions for 70.8 yards on 8.9 targets while Godwin's expectation includes 6.1 receptions for 77.6 yards on 9.3 targets.
