New York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard (hamstring) said he is "feeling good now" after Thursday's practice.
Shepard tweaked his hamstring at practice last week and sat out Sunday as a result, but he's on track to play Week 8 in a plus matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. Shepard is averaging 11.0 targets in his three healthy games this season.
The Chiefs are allowing the fifth-most FanDuel points per game to the tight end position this season and they are ranked third-worst in the league in Adjusted Passing Net Expected Points allowed per play. Shepard is the WR33 in numberFire's Week 8 fantasy rankings and projected for 7.1 targets.
