Saints reportedly acquire running back Mark Ingram in trade with Texans
According to Tom Pelissero, the New Orleans Saints have reportedly acquired running back Mark Ingram in a trade with the Houston Texans.
Ingram will reportedly play his second stint with the Saints after the veteran was moved on Wednesday. Expect the 31-year old to have an immediate role on early downs after Alvin Kamara shouldered most of New Orleans' rushing attempts this season.
On 92 carries this season, Ingram has produced 294 yards, one touchdown, and four explosive runs.
