Zach Wilson out for Jets 2-4 weeks with PCL sprain
New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson has a sprained PCL and will miss 2-4 weeks, reports Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Wilson suffered the injury during the Jets' Week 7 loss to the New England Patriots. Mike White, a 2018 fifth-round pick, replaced Wilson under center and completed 20-of-32 passes for 202 yards and a touchdown with a pair of interceptions in what was his first NFL appearance. The Jets' receivers weren't doing much with Wilson under center and things are unlikely to get better with White filling in.
Among the 33 quarterbacks with at least 100 drop backs through seven games this season, Wilson has earned the sixth-worst passing grade (57.6) from Pro Football Focus. White earned a 45.3 passing grade from PFF on Sunday.
