Jets' Zach Wilson (knee) will "likely miss time"
New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson is expected to miss time after suffering a knee injury in the team's Week 7 loss to the New England Patriots.
Wilson will undergo further tests and MRI later this week, but the initial expectation is that the rookie quarterback suffered a PCL injury and will "likely miss time," Ian Rapoport reports. Mike White replaced Wilson for the Jets and will be the presumed starter if Wilson does in fact miss time.
Wilson's rookie season hasn't gotten off to the greatest start. His -0.17 Passing Net Expected Points per pass ranks second to last in the league, as does his 39.5% Pass Success Rate. He'll look to build on those numbers as he gains experience and recovers from his knee injury.
