Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (foot) was carted to the locker room in the team's Week 7 game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Sanders' injury came at an unfortunate time, as the Eagles appeared willing to establish the running game for the first time all season. With Sanders sidelined, expect Kenneth Gainwell (who had already scored a receiving touchdown in the game) to take over the lead back duties.
Sanders was running well prior to his injury, rushing 6 times for 30 yards.
