Jarvis Landry (knee) officially activated for Browns

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry (knee) has been activated from injured reserve.

What It Means:

Landry is expected to play on Thursday night against the Denver Broncos in his first game since injuring his knee in Week 2. Odell Beckham (shoulder) isn't expected to play on Thursday night and the Browns have already ruled out Nick Chubb (calf) and Kareem Hunt (calf), so Landry should be the focal point of the offense if he isn't limited. He caught 5 passes on 5 targets for 71 yards in Week 1 without Beckham, while adding 13 rushing yards and a touchdown. The difference is Case Keenum will be under center for the Browns instead of Baker Mayfield (shoulder) on Thursday night.

Landry logged an 86% snap rate and 17% target share in Week 1 without Beckham. numberFire's models expect Landry to lead the Browns in targets (6.9) versus the Broncos and have him projected at 8.8 FanDuel points. He has a $10,000 salary on Thursday's one-game slate.
