Broncos' Jerry Jeudy (ankle) "less than 50%" to play in Week 7
Denver Broncos head coach Vic Fangio said wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (ankle) has a less than 50% chance to play on Thursday in the team's Week 7 game against the Cleveland Browns.
While Jeudy will likely be making a return soon, the fact that the Broncos play on Thursday this week probably lowers the odds of his return for Week 7 as he recovers from the ankle sprain that has sidelined him since Week 1. Jeudy's eventual return should provide a big boost to the Broncos' offense as an intermediate option for quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.
Jeudy was well on his way to a fantastic day in Week 1 before spraining his ankle, catching 6 of 7 targets for 72 yards in just under a half of football. We've seen players need time to return to full form from ankle sprains before, but Jeudy should maintain his high-volume role in the offense with plenty of time left in the fantasy season.
