T.J. Hockenson leads Lions, scores again
Detroit Lions tight end T.J. Hockenson caught 8 passes on 9 targets for 66 yards and a touchdown in a Week 2 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
Hockenson led the Lions in receiving for a second straight game while recording a 25% target share. He has drawn 20 targets through two games, tied for seventh-most in the NFL. Hockenson is also tied for the league lead among tight ends with six targets in the red zone. He will remain a preferred tight end option in Week 3 agains the Baltimore Ravens.
Hockenson is the TE7 in numberFire's Week 3 fantasy rankings against a Ravens defense that is allowing the most FanDuel points per game to the tight end position this season. He has a $6,300 salary and our models project Hockenson for 9.4 FanDuel points.
