Texans' Tyrod Taylor (hamstring) ruled out of Week 3's game against Panthers
Houston Texans quarterback Tyrod Taylor (hamstring) has been ruled out of Week 3's game against the Carolina Panthers.
Taylor will undergo an MRI on his injured hamstring either tonight or tomorrow, but regardless of the results he will not be active for Thursday's clash with Carolina. Davis Mills is expected to get the start for the Texans.
In limited action in Week 2's game against the Cleveland Browns, Mills completed 8 of 18 pass attempts for 102 yards, 1 touchdown, and 1 interception.
