Colts "confident" Parris Campbell (abdomen) will play in Week 2
The Indianapolis Colts are "confident" that wide receiver Parris Campbell (questionable, abdomen) will play in their Week 2 game against the Los Angeles Rams.
Campbell was a late addition to the injury report, but could still suit up for today's game if he makes it through the team's warmups before kickoff. While Campbell tested as an elite athlete coming out of Ohio State, he has yet to display that athleticism on the NFL stage (primarily due to injuries).
In a game where Carson Wentz could be under constant duress from Aaron Donald, Campbell could function as an extension of the run game in Week 2. While running backs Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines surprisingly led the Colts in receiving in Week 1, a healthy Campbell could succeed given similar opportunities. He has a $4,900 salary on FanDuel and is projected to finish with 6.9 fantasy points.
