Evan Engram (calf) ruled out for Giants on Thursday
New York Giants tight end Evan Engram (calf) has been ruled out for Week 2 against the Washington Football Team on Thursday night.
Engram is going to miss the first two games of the season, but Giants head coach Joe Judge indicated this week that the former first-round pick is making progress. Kyle Rudolph drew 5 targets in Week 1 with Engram sidelined, but he only caught 2 of them for 8 yards.
numberFire's models project Rudolph for 2.3 targets on Thursday night. He has a $7,000 salary on the one-game slate.
