Bucs' Tom Brady embracing a combination coach/player role with Bucs

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has spent significant time assisting with the development of the team's younger players, Peter King of Football Morning in America reports.

What It Means:

"He is such an unbelievable coach to younger players," head coach Bruce Arians told King, noting that Brady has helped his teammates both on the field and off the field. King specifically noticed that Brady was spending time with 2021 NFL Draft fourth-round pick, wide receiver Jaelen Darden, helping the small-school rookie with his game and building a connection with his receivers. Brady could even look to build on the connection he established with the team's top receivers from the 2020 season.

Brady was nearly perfect in 2020, throwing 40 touchdowns for the second time in his career while tying for eighth in the league with 7.53 net adjusted yards per attempt. With his GOAT resume and arguably the best surrounding talent in the league, Brady projects to finish as numberFire's QB9 in 2021.
