Vikings' Justin Jefferson (AC joint) taking half-speed reps at practice on Wednesday
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson (AC joint sprain) was participating in half-speed reps at practice on Wednesday.
Jefferson continues his recovery from an AC joint sprain he suffered during practice last week. He is expected to recover in time to be available for Week 1, and Tom Pelissero noted that Jefferson probably could have played in this weekend's preseason game if it was a regular-season contest. Jefferson and the Vikings open their season against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, September 12th.
numberFire's models project Jefferson for 100.9 receptions on 156.3 targets this season for 1,457 yards and 9.06 touchdowns. He is the WR6 in our preseason fantasy projections.
