Chiefs rule Clyde Edwards-Helaire (hip) out for Sunday
The Kansas City Chiefs have ruled running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (hip) out for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns.
As was expected, Edwards-Helaire will miss today's game against the Browns as he continues to recover from his hip injury. Adam Schefter reported that while the rookie will miss today's game, he has been trending in the right direction and should hypothetically be available next week should the Chiefs win today.
With Edwards-Helaire out, the Chiefs will likely make use of a committee at the running back position featuring Le'Veon Bell, Darrel Williams, and possibly Darwin Thompson. Our models currently project Bell to lead the way with 13.6 total touches and 10.4 fantasy points.
