Saints place Austin Carr on active roster for Week 16's game against Vikings
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Austin Carr was promoted to the team's active roster on Thursday.
What It Means:
Carr will be eligible to play in Week 16's contest against the Minnesota Vikings after Tommylee Lewis was waived to create a roster spot. Expect the 26- year old to play a backup role behind Emmanuel Sanders and Marquez Callaway.
On 19 targets during his career with New Orleans, Carr has produced 12 receptions for 122 yards for two touchdowns and eight first downs.
