Saints' Tre'Quan Smith (ankle) DNP on Tuesday
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Tre'Quan Smith (ankle) did not practice on Tuesday ahead of Week 16's game against the Minnesota Vikings on Friday.
Smith was an estimated DNP at Tuesday's practice after exiting Week 15's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs early with an ankle injury. Baring a sudden mid-week upgrade, Smith is looking doubtful to recover in time to face the Vikings. Wednesday's practice report will provide an important update. If Smith is ruled out, Emmanuel Sanders and Jared Cook should see an increase in targets against the Vikings.
The Saints are 7.0-point favorites over the Vikings in Week 16. Their implied team total is 29.25 points.
