Julian Edelman (knee) still on Pats' IR ahead of Week 15
The New England Patriots will not activate wide receiver Julian Edelman (knee) from the injured reserve ahead of Sunday's Week 15 game against the Miami Dolphins.
Edelman returned to practice this week, but the veteran receiver is still ramping himself back up following the knee procedure he had done earlier this season. The Patriots have missed Edelman's reliability since he was injured back in Week 7, having to rely on Jakobi Meyers, Damiere Byrd, and N'Keal Harry in recent weeks.
Edelman has averaged just 52.5 receiving yards per game so far in 2020, and outside of his explosive 179-yard performance in Week 2 has only eclipsed 50 receiving yards once.
