Chicago Bears quarterback Nick Foles will play Sunday in the team's Week 13 game against the Detroit Lions.
Foles has been dealing with a hip injury, which caused him to lose his starting role to Mitchell Trubisky. The veteran passer will be making a return to the field on Sunday in the divisional tilt, but he'll be serving in a backup role behind Trubisky.
Detroit currently ranks 31st in the NFL in adjusted net expected points allowed per pass play.
