Antonio Gibson (ankle) practicing in full for Washington
Washington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson (ankle) was upgraded to a full practice participant for Thursday's Week 12 game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Gibson was listed as a non-participant on Monday's practice estimate. He will be ready to rock for the first Thanksgiving game of his career. The third-round rookie totaled 104 yards and a touchdown on 17 touches in Washington's Week 11 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. He is averaging 16.3 touches in the Football Team's victories this season.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Football Team is currently a 2.5-point underdog on Thursday, but Gibson could still see a heavy workload as almost half of the offensive plays run against the Cowboys this have been on the ground, the second-highest rate in the league. numberFire's models project Gibson for 13.4 FanDuel points versus Dallas and he has the third-highest salary ($6,800) among running backs on FanDuel's Thanksgiving slate.
