Panthers expect Teddy Bridgewater (knee) to practice Wednesday
Carolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater (knee) is expected to practice Wednesday, per head coach Matt Rhule.
Bridgewater was able to practice on a limited basis all last week but was ruled out for Sunday's win over the Detroit Lions. He seemed to have a decent chance of suiting up for that one, so Bridgewater should be back out there in Week 12 versus the Minnesota Vikings. P.J. Walker filled in admirably under center against Detroit and will likely get the nod again if Bridgewater suffers a setback.
Bridgewater is averaging 18.5 FanDuel points per game and he owns the fifth-lowest average depth of target (6.8 yards) among quarterbacks with at least 100 dropbacks this season. The Vikings are allowing 19.8 FanDuel points per game to the quarterback position.
