Texans' Deshaun Watson torches Patriots for 3 touchdowns in Week 11 win
Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson completed 28 of 37 attempts for 344 yards and 2 touchdowns, with 6 carries for 36 rushing yards and 1 rushing touchdown in a 27-20 win over the New England Patriots in Week 11.
Watson was the best player on the field by a wide margin in this one, moving the Texans' offense down the field while spreading the ball around. Watson completed 2 or more passes to 9 different wide receivers in Week 11, with Will Fuller his most targeted option on the day with 8. His two touchdown passes went to Randall Cobb and Keke Coutee. After a slow start to the season, Watson continues to produce following the firing of Bill O'Brien. Next up for Watson and the Texans is meeting with the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving.
Watson scored 31.36 FanDuel points in Week 11, the most of any player on Sunday's early slate of games and 9.26 more than numberFire's projection (22.1). Our models project him to score 22.2 FanDuel points against the Lions in Week 12.
