Panthers' Christian McCaffrey (shoulder) officially out for Week 11
The Carolina Panthers officially ruled running back Christian McCaffrey (shoulder) out for Week 11's game against the Detroit Lions.
McCaffrey has missed more games than he has been able to play so far this season, leaving teammate Mike Davis to do his best CMC impression more often than not. With the Panthers already sitting at 3-7 this season, it wouldn't be a surprise if they shut their star running back down for the season.
With McCaffrey sidelined, expect Mike Davis to shoulder the majority of the running back work again in Week 11. Our models project him to score 14.2 fantasy points against the Lions, and FanDuel has set his salary at $7,400.
