Broncos' Drew Lock (ribs) now week-to-week, facing "uphill battle" for Week 11's game against Dolphins
Denver Broncos quarterback Drew Lock has been downgraded to week-to-week after further testing on Tuesday, and he will have an "uphill battle" to play against the Miami Dolphins in Week 11.
Lock was initially labeled as day-to-day on Monday, but further testing revealed a "pretty severe strain and bruising". He avoided any rib fractures, but is now considered week-to-week and may be forced to miss Week 11's clash with the Dolphins. If Lock does miss time, Brett Rypien could be given another chance to start, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The Broncos are 3.5-point underdogs against the Dolphins in Week 11. Their implied team total of 21.0 points is the fifth-lowest team total on Sunday's main slate, according to numberFire's DFS Heat Map.
