Cardinals' Kenyan Drake (ankle) "has a good chance to play" Sunday

Arizona Cardinals running back Kenyan Drake (ankle) "has a good chance to play" in the team's Week 10 game against the Buffalo Bills, Adam Schefter reports.

What It Means:

Drake suffered a sprained ankle at the end of the team's Week 7 win over the Seattle Seahawks, so a Week 10 return means he may still not be at 100% health. The report adds that the team will test out Drake's ankle before game-time, but that the team sounds optimistic about his availability.

If Drake does return, it will likely be in a somewhat limited fashion; even before his injury he was on the verge of losing work to teammate Chase Edmonds. In the only game the team has played since Drake's injury, Edmonds handled a whopping 28 touches. Drake's return could skew this towards more of a split backfield than before.
