Bears' Javon Wims suspended 2 games for violating unsportsmanlike conduct rules
Chicago Bears wide receiver Javon Wims has been suspended two games for violating unsportsmanlike conduct rules.
Wims will be eligible to return in Week 12 after the Bears come off their bye. His absence should open up snaps for Anthony Miller and Darnell Mooney in Week 9's matchup against the Tennessee Titans.
In Chicago's Week 8 loss, both receivers saw a season-high in playing time with Miller on the field for 70% of Chicago's offensive snaps while Mooney logged a 93% playing percentage.
