Bengals' John Ross (illness) inactive once again in Week 8
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver John Ross will not play Sunday in the team's Week 8 game against the Tennessee Titans.
In the midst of Ross tweeting that he's requested a trade from the organization, he's being officially described as having an illness. He's been ruled out once again due to this ailment, and it's unclear when or if he'll return to the field - whether for this team or another.
The Titans have been roughly average against the air so far this season, ranking 19th in the NFL in adjusted net expected points allowed per pass play.
