49ers officially activate Tevin Coleman (knee) from injured reserve; will play Sunday vs Seattle
San Francisco 49ers running back Tevin Coleman has been activated from injured reserve ahead of the team's Week 8 contest against the Seattle Seahawks.
Coleman has been sidelined since suffering an injury in Week 2 against the New York Jets, as he saw guys like Jerick McKinnon, JaMycal Hasty and Jeff Wilson carried the load for the 49ers backfield. The team will most likely ease him back in, but with Raheem Mostert still out for a bit, Coleman should be the unquestioned starter sooner rather than later.
Our models project Coleman for 36.8 rushing yards, 13.8 receiving yards, 0.6 total touchdowns and 9.2 FanDuel points.
