Giants' Devonta Freeman (ankle) will not play in Week 8's game against Tampa Bay
New York Giants running back Devonta Freeman (ankle) is ruled out for Monday night's Week 8 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Freeman will not be available on Monday night after suffering an ankle injury in Week 7's loss. In a tough matchup against numberFire's top rated defense, Wayne Gallman is on track to start at running back.
Gallman's current Week 8 projection includes 12.4 rushing attempts for 52.2 yards and 1.9 receptions for 12.2 yards.
