Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is considered day-to-day with a calf injury, according to head coach Doug Pederson.
Jeffery's foot ailment has come and gone, but it's still the calf ailment that has affected his ability (or lack thereof) to suit up on game days. Perhaps Week 8 will be when he's finally ready to return to the field to make his 2020 debut. If he does, he'll immediately slot into the No. 1 receiver role ahead of Travis Fulgham and Greg Ward.
Dallas' secondary has been porous through 7 weeks, ranking 27th in the NFL in adjusted net expected points allowed per pass play.
