Diontae Johnson scores 2 touchdowns in Week 7 win over Titans
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson caught 9 of 15 targets for 80 yards and 2 touchdowns in a 27-24 win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 7.
Johnson immediately resumed his position at the top of the Steelers receiving group after his three-game absence with head/back injuries. His 15 targets were 1 more than JuJu Smith-Schuster (14) and significantly more than both Chase Claypool (1) and James Washington (0). His first touchdown came on a tight-window throw from 11 yards out in the first quarter, and he added a 9-yard touchdown catch right before halftime. Unfortunately, he suffered an ankle bruise and was forced from the game in the second half, but told reporters that he would be "ok" for next week's game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Johnson scored 24.5 FanDuel points in Week 7, the second-most of any wide receiver on Sunday's early slate and 15.7 more than numberFire's projection (8.8).
