Jaguars' Chris Thompson placed on Reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Chris Thompson has been placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
What It Means:
There's been no news of a positive test result for Thompson, so perhaps he was simply in contact with someone who tested positive. He'll miss Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers as a result, and it'll remain to be seen if he'll be ready to go after the Week 8 bye. This simply means more work for James Robinson, though Devine Ozigbo has been activated off of injured reserve.
In 6 games this season, Thompson has 17 rushing yards and 16 catches for 111 yards and a touchdown.
