New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas (hamstring) will not play in Week 7's game against the Carolina Panthers.
Thomas will miss his fifth straight game after suffering a hamstring injury during practice this week. With Emmanuel Sanders also ruled out, expect Tre'Quan Smith to see a huge uptick in targets against a Panthers' defense ranked fourth in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers.
Smith's current Week 7 projection includes 4.7 receptions for 62.5 yards on 6.8 targets.
