Rashaad Penny (knee, PUP) return to Seahawks uncertain
The Seattle Seahawks remain uncertain when running back Rashaad Penny (knee, PUP) may resume practicing, per head coach Pete Carroll.
What It Means:
“It’s not clear yet,” Carroll said. “We’ve waited this long, we’re going to make sure these guys come back and there’s no question about their return.” The other player in reference is defensive end Darrell Taylor. Penny is recovering from a severe knee injury he suffered last December and it's possible he doesn't play at all this season. Chris Carson will continue to operate as the Seahawks' workhorse back as the team prepares for a Week 7 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
