Browns' David Njoku still looking to be traded
Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku is still looking to be traded, per Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot.
Njoku had been seeking a trade as recently as earlier this year, but his demands quieted as the season approached. However, the former first-round pick is still dissatisfied with his role in the Browns' offense after the team signed Austin Hooper in free agency and drafted Mackey Award winner Harrison Bryant in the fourth round of the 2020 draft.
Njoku has barely been involved in the Browns' offense this season despite the team's frequent usage of 2-tight end sets. A change of scenery could help Njoku get back to his 2018 form, when he caught 56 passes for 639 yards and 4 scores.
