Anthony Lynn 'not in a position' to rule Tyrod Taylor out for Week 4
Los Angeles Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn told reporters that he is 'not in a position' to rule out Tyrod Taylor (lung) for Week 4.
Taylor is still recovering from the punctured lung he suffered at the hands of the Chargers' medical staff, but Lynn has previously stated that once healthy Taylor will retake his role as the team's starting quarterback. Whether or not the coach stays true to those words remains to be seen, but Taylor's health will be something to monitor in the coming days or even weeks.
The Chargers' first-round draft pick Justin Herbert has been making his presence felt at quarterback over the past two weeks with 641 passing yards and 2 touchdown passes, but his 2 interceptions could be a big point of contention with Lynn's ground-and-pound approach to offense.
