Rams' Darrell Henderson rushes for 114 yards
Los Angeles Rams running back Darrell Henderson rushed 20 times for 114 yards and a touchdown in a 35-32, Week 3 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
Henderson started over and out-touched Malcolm Brown 21-7 with Cam Akers (ribs) sidelined. He's averaged 6.1 yards per carry over the past two games while emerging as the Rams' lead back. Henderson will likely cede more of the workshare once Akers is healthy and Brown is further removed from a finger issue, but he should be the primary option again in Week 4 versus the New York Giants. The Rams are currently favored by 12.5 points on FanDuel Sportsbook.
Henderson scored 18.50 FanDuel points on Sunday and is averaging 18.80 over the last two weeks as the Rams' preferred back. He's added 0.29 Rushing Net Expected Points per carry this season, better than both Brown (0.06) and Akers (-0.17). The Giants currently rank 10th against the run in numberFire's advanced defensive metrics.
