Texans' Duke Johnson (ankle, questionable) not expected to play Week 3
Houston Texans running back Duke Johnson (ankle) is not expected to suit up for Sunday's Week 3 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Johnson injured his ankle back in Week 1 and is reportedly not healthy enough yet to be in real consideration for today's game. Duke Johnson's absence should continue to leave teammate David Johnson with a near every-down role.
David Johnson has dominated the Texans' limited running back opportunities in the first two weeks of the season, with no other backs receiving any touches since Duke Johnson left Week 1 with his injury. Our models project him to score 11.6 fantasy points against the Steelers' shut-down defense. His salary is $6,900 on FanDuel.
