San Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert has been ruled out for Week 3's game against the New York Giants.
What It Means:
As expected, Mostert has been downgraded to out and will not play against the Giants in Week 3. Jerick McKinnon and Jeff Wilson will lead the 49ers backfield against the Giants on Sunday. Our models expect McKinnon (18.1 touches) to see more work than Wilson (12.38 touches) and be more involved in the passing game - 2.8 receptions to 0.7.
McKinnon's Week 3 projection includes 64 rushing yards, 23.7 receiving yards, 0.50 touchdowns, and 12.9 FanDuel points. His salary is $5,700.
