Drew Brees admits Saints aren't 'totally in sync'
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees conceded that the offense isn't "totally in sync" following a 34-24, Week 2 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders.
"Are we totally in sync right now? No, we're not. We're not even close to where we are capable of. Not even close," Brees admitted. The 41-year-old signal-caller completed 26-of-38 passes for 312 yards, 1 touchdown, and 1 interception in the losing effort. The numbers were fine but Brees missed some easy throws and had a bad pick right before the end of the first half. Michael Thomas (ankle) is unlikely to return for Week 3 against the Green Bay Packers, so Brees and the offense may struggle once again.
numberFire's models expect Brees to score 18.3 FanDuel points in Week 3 versus the Green Bay Packers. He has a salary of $8,000 and is the QB14 in our weekly fantasy rankings.
