James Conner removed from Steeler's injury report for Week 2's game against Broncos
Pittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner has no injury status heading into Week 2's game against the Denver Broncos.
After missing practice on Wednesday, Conner returned to full practices on both Thursday and Friday and is good to go against Denver in Week 2. It's a remarkably quick recovery following Conner's ankle injury in Week 1 that forced him to miss the majority of the game. With Conner off the injury report, it remains to be seen how touches will be distributed in the Steelers' backfield after Benny Snell's impressive performance against the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. numberFire's models expect an even split against Denver, with Conner (14.4 touches) seeing slightly more work than Snell (13.5 touches).
The Steelers are 7.0-point favorites over the Broncos in Week 2. Their implied team total of 23.75 points is the eleventh-highest team total on Sunday's main slate, according to numberFire's DFS Heat Map. Conner is the RB22 in our Week 2 rankings.
