Chris Godwin (concussion) back at Buccaneers practice Friday
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (concussion) returned to practice Friday.
Godwin did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday after displaying concussion symptoms, but he's now on track to play in Sunday's Week 2 game against the Carolina Panthers. The fourth-year wideout led the Buccaneers in targets (7), catches (6), and yards (79) in Week 1. Scotty Miller and Justin Watson will lose most of their streaming appeal in Week 2 if Godwin is active.
numberFire's models expect Godwin to score 13.4 Fanduel points in Week 2 with 9.2 targets, 5.7 receptions, and 71.6 yards. He's the WR8 in our weekly fantasy rankings with a salary of $7,800. The Panthers ranked 25th in pass defense in Week 1, according to numberFire's advanced metrics.
