Giants' Darius Slayton catches 2 touchdowns in Week 1
New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton scored twice on 8 targets in Monday night's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Slayton was a bright spot for the Giants as they took on the Steelers' elite defense. He caught 6 of 8 targets for 102 yards and 2 scores, and looked every bit like the team's WR1.
It's worth noting that receiver Golden Tate missed Monday's game, but Slayton was far and away the team's most explosive pass catcher Monday and offers size and speed that both Tate and Sterling Shepard can't match. Expect him to be a top waiver wire pickup heading into Week 2.
