Chris Carson (personal) returns to Seahawks practice
Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports that Chris Carson (personal) has arrived at Seattle Seahawks practice.
Carson was away from the team while attending to personal, non-football matters, but his absence was mildly concerning considering that he ended the 2019 season with a broken bone in his hip. Carson suited up for his first practice back, which implies that he's in good health to start the season.
Assuming Carson is able to get in game-shape by Week 1, he should be a high-volume workhorse running back for fantasy football again in 2020. According to numberFire's models, he's projected to finish as the RB16 on the back of his 250 projected carries.
