Browns' Nick Chubb clears concussion protocol
Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb cleared concussion protocol and returned to practice on Saturday.
What It Means:
Chubb recovered quickly from a concussion he suffered during practice five days ago and was able to rejoin the team on Saturday. Assuming no further injuries, he expected to open the season as the Browns lead back when they face the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1.
Chubb is the RB8 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. His season-long projection includes 1,279.7 rushing yards, 10.32 rushing touchdowns, 27.2 receptions (39.3 targets), 208.4 receiving yards, and 1.4 receiving touchdowns.
