Falcons cut William Moore, Justin Durant
The Atlanta Falcons released safety William Moore and linebacker Justin Durant.
What It Means:
The No. 55 overall pick of the 2009 Draft, Moore began his career as a playmaker, but has proven to be one of the most injury-prone players in football. He missed five games in 2015, and 29 over the past five years. Durant started 12 games for the Falcons in 2015.
Atlanta ended 2015 ranked 21st in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points per play.
