Antonio Brown issued eight-game suspension by NFL
Free agent wide receiver Antonio Brown has been suspended for eight games for violating the league's personal-conduct policy.
Brown's suspension begins September 5th and runs through Week 8 of the regular season whether he's on an NFL roster or not. His suspension allows him to participate in training camp but will be without pay. The NFL warned Brown that any future violations of the Personal Conduct Policy will likely result in more significant discipline.
In 2018, Brown's last full season, he produced 104 receptions on 164 targets for 1,297 yards and 15 touchdowns as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
